• Cost of delivery

We provide FREE DELIVERY for all orders, placed at Wolfsnaht store. The products are delivered to the shipping address, indicated during the process of order.

PLS NOTE, we do not ship to russia and belarus.

You may be contacted directly via our delivery courier, their partners or Customs regarding your shipment. Please ensure the full name of consignee, E.mail and telephone number are given correctly for delivery address to avoid delays or further charges.

•  Delivery time

All products are handmade to order during 5-7 business days. After the parcel is shipped, delivery company takes from 7 to 20 business days, depending on your location.

As soon as your parcel is sent, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e.mail and become able to track the package.

Please note, shipping times are often impacted by factors outside of our control such as weather, customs or blocking border related restrictions and delays. We strongly encourage placing orders well in advance to prevent untimely delivery.

•  Import duties and taxes

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applied to the order. Wolfsnaht is not responsible for any additional fees incurred by customs. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office or taxation authority for further information before placing your order. 

If you refuse to pay taxes, your order is being delivered back to us, and the order gets annulled with no refunds.

• Additional shipping issues

If you didn’t pick your parcel in time and it was sent back to us, a customer will need to pay additional delivery fees for second shipment.

To investigate stolen and lost packages you should apply to shiping carrier directly. You may also contact Wolfsnaht for detailed instructions and help about your issue.
