• Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours after being placed. All products are made to order so once production has been started it can no longer be canceled or modified.

However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Wolfsnaht in any convenient way and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

•  Returns & Exchange

All our items are handmade to every order individually. So, products may not be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing fault. 

In this case, you need to reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date and provide confirming photos or videos. After we check it at our side, we will provide you a new shipment, refund or store credit, according to your wish.

ATTENTION: the product must be in it’s original condition, not used or damaged from the customer’s side!

Please always double-check our size charts before placing an order. Also, bear in mind that we might contact you to specify your measurements.

However, If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, Wolfsnaht may consider to produce additional elements for your harness, which helps to adjust the volume. In this case customer is responsible for all additional shipping and custom fees.
